We want to help you make the most of your communications system. Whether you need to report a problem, request a MAC (Move, Add, Change) or any of our support, training or consultation services, a member of our Customer Service Group will be able to assist you so you can get back to your busy schedule. You can rest assured knowing your request will be handled in a timely manner.
How the CRI Customer Services MAC request process works
If you report a problem or make a request for a MAC order, your CSR will immediately issue you a ticket number and enter your request in our schedule. If, at any time, you have a question or need information concerning your request, you will have a ticket number for easy reference.
If your request is large or complex, our CSRs will engage our engineering team to perform a technical review of your system. Most reviews can be completed within eight business hours unless a more detailed survey needs to be completed on your site. Once the review is completed, the CSR will contact you with the results so we can schedule your request as soon as possible.
